How it works

Mentoring program

Our mentoring program offers both e-mentoring and face-to-face opportunities, which means if you live in a more remote area of Queensland, you can still participate. Once you sign up, our team will be in touch to link you with a mentor, determine your mode of contact and initiate regular contact between you and your chosen mentor.

Events, webinars, training

We’ll also send you regular invitations for webinars, training courses and events that will provide you with opportunities to progress your career and learning.

Advice line

You’ll also have access to our dedicated advice line with our team of advisors on hand to answer your questions about working in the industry. Call us on (07) 3225  6570 or email your question to our team.

Online community

You can also join our online community – where women working in construction can connect with fellow female trade apprentices and leading female industry participants.
