Outcome | This is not a Nationally Recognised Training course. You will receive a Certificate of Completion. |
Eligibility | Candidates should be able to demonstrate a sufficient level of Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills. Ideally the candidate holds a QBCC Builder Low Rise, Medium Rise, or Open licence, or is an accredited building surveyor. To apply for the QBCC Completed Residential Building Inspection licence, participants are required to provide five years’ construction experience in the scope of work for a QBCC licence in Builder Low Rise, Builder Medium Rise or Builder Open, or, five years’ experience as an accredited building surveyor, assistant building surveyor or building surveyor technician with the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors or equivalent. |
