The BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety comprises 10 units and covers topics like hazard identification, risk management, incident response and working with sub-contractors.

Eligibility

To successfully complete this qualification, Master Builders Queensland recommends it is desirable for students to have a minimum of 48 months working in the construction industry with exposure to work, health and safety practices.

  • Demonstrate a satisfactory level of Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital Skills (LLND)
  • Access to a reliable internet connection
  • Access to and ability to effectively communicate via email.
  • A modern laptop (preferably Windows based) and access to a range of Microsoft programs and Adobe Reader that will be utilised throughout the course duration to complete course work and assessments.
  • A reliable recording device that time and date stamps content
