Why enrol?

Businesses bear a significant legal responsibility to safeguard the psychological health and safety of all individuals within at work, including employees, contractors, and visitors. The Work Health and Safety Act mandates the implementation of reasonable measures to eliminate or minimize psychosocial hazards.

Our comprehensive course equips you with the essential knowledge and practical skills to fulfill these obligations. By understanding the nature of psychosocial hazards, implementing effective management strategies, and developing a proactive approach, you can create a workplace culture that prioritises mental health and well-being. This is particularly critical for supporting the needs of vulnerable workers, such as female employees and apprentices.

Invest in your team’s mental health and protect your business from potential liabilities.
