Course outline
- Grasp the core elements of sexual harassment: its forms, causes, and consequences.
- Recognise the role of gender inequality: How it contributes to and perpetuates sexual harassment.
- Preventing and responding to sexual harassment
- Develop practical skills: To prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace.
- Identify workplace standards: Understand expected behaviours and processes to maintain a harassment-free environment.

This Micro-credentialing Program project is powered by the Queensland Government’s Good people. Good jobs: Queensland Workforce Strategy 2022-2032. This is a non-accredited micro-credential. |
| Outcome | This is not a Nationally Recognised Training course. You will receive a Statement of Completion. Students will receive the workshop training badge to include on their own marketing upon completion.
