In this course, residential builder business owners will learn about

What MMC is and
How to amend business models to incorporate MMC, such as prefabricated components. This will include:
- An assessment of the digital readiness of their business, and
- Steps to improve their business model to suit innovative and digitalised construction methods.

Must be 15 years of age or over, permanently reside in Qld, and be an Australian citizen or a New Zealand citizen or hold an eligible visa as identified by the Department. This Micro-credentialing Program project is powered by the Queensland Government’s Good people. Good jobs: Queensland Workforce Strategy 2022-2032. This is a non-accredited micro-credential.
Outcome	This is not a Nationally Recognised Training course. You will receive a Statement of Completion. Students will receive the workshop training badge to include on their own marketing upon completion.
