In this course, residential builder business owners will learn about

What MMC is and
How to amend business models to incorporate MMC, such as prefabricated components. This will include:
- An assessment of the digital readiness of their business, and
- Steps to improve their business model to suit innovative and digitalised construction methods.

Cost	Funded course price: $95 (Inc. GST) subject to Queensland Government eligibility^ Member full course price: $250 (Inc. GST) Non-member full course price: $310 (Inc. GST) ^Subject to eligibility criteria. Must be 15 years of age or over, permanently reside in Qld, and be an Australian citizen or a New Zealand citizen or hold an eligible visa as identified by the Department. This Micro-credentialing Program project is powered by the Queensland Government’s Good people. Good jobs: Queensland Workforce Strategy 2022-2032. This is a non-accredited micro-credential.
Outcome	This is not a Nationally Recognised Training course. You will receive a Statement of Completion. Students will receive the workshop training badge to include on their own marketing upon completion.
