This course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of flood risk, its assessment, and effective mitigation strategies. We will explore various types of flooding, flood mapping techniques, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the course will delve into practical steps to reduce the damage to buildings during flood events, minimise repair and rebuilding costs, and facilitate a quicker return home for occupants.

This short livestream course will outline:
