2022 Survey reports
The building and construction industry continues to be buffeted by many challenges, such as trade and material shortages, which show no sign of abating. Master Builders has undertaken this survey in order to gain a better understanding of the nature of these challenges, how they expect to change going forward and how contractors are responding in their business practices.
2021 Survey reports
In March, June and September 2021, Master Builders surveyed members on their experiences with trade and material delays and cost increases. The surveys quantified just how substantial an issue this has been for builders and trade contractors.
