Premium increase for Queensland Home Warranty scheme

Insurance premiums for residential construction work in Queensland increase by 3.85% from today.

This will impact premiums for all residential construction contracts signed on or after 1 August 2019.

All licensed contractors would have received notification regarding the increase from the QBCC.

If you are currently working on residential construction contracts, don’t forget to factor in the increased premium from today onwards.
