Home warranty insurance premium to increase

From 1 July, premiums to be paid under the QBCC’s Home Warranty Insurance will increase by 1.4%.

The new premiums are payable on all contracts for residential construction work signed on or after 1 July 2020.

Members who expect to sign contracts after 1 July should advise their clients of the increase.
