Additional annual reporting for Category 4-7 contractors

The QBCC recently communicated with all Category 4 – 7 licence holders requesting an additional annual financial report.

Why is it required?

The QBCC has identified that reports submitted in March 2019 were based on FY17/18 financial data. With the next financial report not due until late 2020 (which would report on FY19/20 data) this left a gap in the QBCC’s records.

As a result, the additional report you submit must be based on FY18/19 financial data.

Deadline for submitting

This additional report must be submitted by 31 December 2019.

Failure to report by the due date could attract disciplinary action, including licence suspension. The QBCC have been clear that there will be no time extensions for these licence holders.

You can upload your financial reports via the MyQBCC portal.
