20 August 2021

EXCELLENCE in all things building in Townsville and surrounds was recognised at the 2021 North Queensland Housing & Construction Awards, with the region’s best talent in the spotlight after a tough 18 months for local industry.

Trusted Townsville builders, Reef Coast Constructions took out House of the Year for their Windermere House in Burdell. This complete custom designed home is a rarity for the Townsville landscape. A single-storey design, timber features prominently which is a breath of fresh air for the local area and provides for a much more energy efficient living standard for the owners. The build was also awarded best Individual Home from $450,000 up to $550,000, Best Residential Bathroom and the Trevor Mustey Perpetual Award for Quality Workmanship.
