From aspirational homes to state-of-the-art education facilities, Far North builders proved their skill and craftsmanship are nothing short of world-class, no matter the project, at the 2022 Housing & Construction Awards.
Master Builders welcomed the best of the best to the glittering event at Pullman Cairns International Hotel on Friday, 19 August.
The calibre of entries in this year’s field was nothing short of exceptional, despite the ongoing trade and materials shortages and price hikes hampering the industry. The judging panel was delighted with the quality of construction, impeccable finishes, and level of detail on show in every project.

Master Builders’ Far North Queensland Regional Manager, Sharon Vella, congratulated all the winners across the 36 categories.
"From modern retail spaces, educational amenities and medical facilities to stunning renovations and state-of-the-art home builds, this year's entries were inspirational," she said.
"It's a true testament to the quality and range of building that happens in and around the North Queensland region.
"Winning an award this year, despite the stresses our industry is facing, shows that our builders are resilient and can continue to shine, even when times are tough."
