The guest wing contains four villas, each with their own ensuite and kitchenette. State-of-the-art office space
2017 Brisbane Project of the Year – Multiplex Constructions
As Brisbane’s tallest building, One William Street is a “once in a lifetime” building for Queensland – significant both structurally and as a landmark. Multiplex was involved from the initial bid phase, where their team managed a large team of consultants to develop a design that would not only meet the Queensland Government’s brief, but also Cbus Property’s needs as the building’s long-term asset owner. Significant challenges were largely derived from the sheer scale of the structure, with Multiplex focused on reducing working at height risks. Intelligent construction methods delivered efficiencies and safety through innovation. It’s a most deserving winner of our Project of the Year.
